The sound to me is even more impressive than the visuals, some of the best sound I've heard in a long time.bobbetybobI have to agree the visual's were great but the sound effects from the crackling gunfire, explosions, deafening muffling and the huge bomb at the end were amazing.
if it is the pc version, then it must have controller support. because I saw most of the xbox 360 buttos like RT,LT,B. and X. make me wonder if this is is either on the pc or on 360
I think it's the console version. Enlarge it and start studying details and you'll see it's missing effects. Don't forget, the PC version will support DX11.
This and Mass Effect 2 are going to keep me sweet for the coming months, then I'll flush it all down with a nice cup of God of War 3. Great time to be a gamer.

Well think if . . . . if that is what the consoles will look like what is the PC version going to look like :shock:if it is the pc version, then it must have controller support. because I saw most of the xbox 360 buttos like RT,LT,B. and X. make me wonder if this is is either on the pc or on 360

I was thinking the same. And once again, the screen tearing also suggests that it's the Xbox 360 version.

maybe it is? I mean alot of pc gamers prefer the KB & M over a gamepad. I bet the the 360 version is split into 2 disc. one for sp and one for mp. but its just a theory
Looks like the 360 version (well I saw the 360 buttons and stuff)New BC2 single player video looks absolutely amazing...this must be pc footage...

I agree, as someone who has done sound work for games, tv shows, commercials and recording.engineering of music... I just love when games are really well done in teh sound department. Something I can really really appreciate.

Yap,me to.Dice where right when they say their vistas can challenge Uncharteds...the game looks magnificent, now well see how gameplay works...
If you ever played the first, you'd know. In fact, gameplay in all, but that arcade 1948 or whatever, is solid. In battlefield i trust! It's console footage, 1:53 there's an 'X' button which looks to me more like 360's 'X' button then PS3's....
To me the footage is mixed as the first parts have some form of texture filtering enabled and later scenes don't...
It looks good but it's still not Crysis...
It looks too good for console IMOIt's console footage, 1:53 there's an 'X' button which looks to me more like 360's 'X' button then PS3's....

If this is the console version then yes, but the PC version has a chance :)yeah it looks great but thats coz the jaggies are hidden, the game does NOT look that good when playing

I have yet to play a video game that can match Bad Company in terms of sound. It's that good. Anyone who has played the first has memories of approaching a massive, distant battle. There would be dead silence as you trudged on foot, then you'd start hearing the faint cracks of gunfire and the muffled thumps of explosions. As you got closer, these sounds intensified, and now screams and yells could be heard. And then, before you know it, you're surrounded by a cacophony of deafening loudness as you finally enter the fray. It's all simply awe-inspiring.
It's a small resolution video. No jaggies of course.yeah it looks great but thats coz the jaggies are hidden, the game does NOT look that good when playing

Could be, but it's probably not. Yeah, there's an unusual amount of footage of the PC version being played with controllers for this game if that's the case. Finally a great Battlefield game since BF2.
Have fun with it you console gamers, it's something we've been enjoying since 1942 came out in '02. ; )
I've been enjoying both console AND PC Battlefields. I win, sorry. :) Also, seriously, comparing BF1942 and BC2? Only someone who was totally in the dark of just how different these games are would make such a statement. Finally a great Battlefield game since BF2.

[QUOTE="Arsuz"] Further more the PC version does not have controller support. Verge_6How do you know this? http://www.altplusf4.com/index.php/200911112646/PC-News/battlefield-bad-company-2-wont-support-games-for-windows-live.html
Here, its said that it wont support controller,YESSSS :)Now its almost 100% sure that is 360 version, and my God that looks sweet...
[QUOTE="Verge_6"][QUOTE="Arsuz"] Further more the PC version does not have controller support. ArsuzHow do you know this?http://twitter.com/OfficialBFBC2/status/4531308925 I never really believed that whole "It looks to good to be on the 360, he must be playing it on PC with a controller" spiel (especially after multiple videos that were displaying controller usage), but I guess that pretty much confirms it...
[QUOTE="Bus-A-Bus"]Gamepads generally work regardless (citing every Battlefield game on the PC) And you wont know of the console visuals quality until seeing it first hand.>Its been confirmed... :)
skrat_01
Ok so that means we should discount GOW III,Alan Wake,SC C,Last Guardian,Heavy Rain,GT5...because we didnt see it in hand? Please this is gameplay,on 360,they said they wont support controllers,so they probably wouldnt post videos of pc playing with controller...
You're an ass aren't you?ArsuzIf you like, i am not quick to insult though. Touchy touchy. [QUOTE="tirralirra"]^^Skrat, please read thread before posting. Nothing more infuriating than people commenting without reading the thread, at least most of it. Especially if repsones are made immediately before yours. Secondly, since when do PC shooters ever want controllers. Come on, kb/m is a headshot machine! No response, hit post, page refresh, previous post has a reply. Pretty hard to rectify anything in short notice. Otherwise Game pads are used usually for vehicles in the Battlefield series, its also a fantastic way for developers to create a cinematic trailer without disorientating mouse movement (e.g. thumbstick turning ratio control).
