Is nuts and bolts the 3rd game in the series or is it a spinoff like grunts revenge? From what i've read it doesn't seem like a platformer like the other ones. You have to build vehicles and stuff.. The 1st two are considered 2 of the best n64 games ever, and I'd think they'd want to live up to that?piercetruth34
i think it will, i just pray for really good music.
wasnt the game CONFIRMED to be 80% vehicles? Epic Fail confirmed.TheWiikestLink
its technically a vechicular platformer. You platform, but u use vechicles to get around most of the time.
I am just hopping for a good game. It does not need to be as good has Mario to be a good game. SMG is one of the best games I have ever played. I am not going to get upset if other games are not on it's level. HarlockJC
i do agree, im happy it has huge worlds.
Banjo must features really good music that fits every enviroment, epic boss fights, very creative levels, robust gameplay, and it just has to be amazing.blitzkid1
It just have to be on 360, to beat a Wii game, and it is

360 will never have a platformer as good as Mario Galaxy, just accept it. :)

So graphics alone is the winning factor for 360. even when mario galaxy got so much praise. you think bango is going to get just as much?[QUOTE="kostmpekir"][QUOTE="blitzkid1"]Banjo must features really good music that fits every enviroment, epic boss fights, very creative levels, robust gameplay, and it just has to be amazing.Rahnyc4

Yeah I doubt 360 or PS3 will ever get a platformer as good as Mario Galaxy.
Then again Wii will never get a shooter as good as COD4 or halo, or a racing game as good as Forza or GT5.

IMO MP3 is better than both COD4 and Halo.

There is quite a lot of hate towards Banjo since they unveiled the vehicles. I have to admit I was looking forward to a traditional Banjo myself, but after reading about Nuts and Bolts and seeing what they are trying to do I'm really excited for it. First, off even tho they say it's %80 vehicles you can still platform on foot and get in and out of the vehicles at any time. You just have to try and create the best vehicle you think can complete a mission and get the best possible score.
This adds A LOT to the replay value of the game because you can keep going back and trying to get a better score by re-creating vehicles. The physics are what make this game very cool. When you build something it works exactly how you would expect it to work ( per all the interviews and previews). At the same time it leaves room to make something that doesn't work, and will have you use your imagination to try and figure something else out. The amount of things you can build are pretty limitless. Here's an example of how easy it is to create something. A forum member drew something and posted it and a RARE employee made his creation.

Then there's multiplayer which they haven't even really unveiled everything, but you can use your own creations in multiple game modes. Plus, there's still a lot that RARE hasn't even released yet. We will see much more during E3. I'm personally very excited for this game, regardless of what score this game gets, I can see myself have a lot of fun with it.
Banjo: nuts and bolts is barely even a platformer anymore. Hell...Even rare said it's not a true sequel to the first two banjo games.
It'll be graphically superior to SMG...and that just about it.
It'll be a decent AA game...but nowhere near galaxy.

Why would that be?
So Mario fanboys can decide what's good and what's not?Ilived
No the bitter fanboys that are still hurting from Nintendo selling Rare determine whether this game is good or not, and it's not hard to tell what the general consensus of this game will be in November.
Even rare said it's not a true sequel to the first two banjo games.
Shinobishyguy
No, this is Banjo-Threeie.
Rare has detailed that Gruntilda explains in the game why Banjo and Kazooie are in "Nuts & Bolts" and not "Threeie".
This is a true sequel and they have wanted the vehicular aspect since the 64 days.
80% vehicles, nice one Rare :cry:The-Big-Easy
Yes, let's ignore the main concept of the game: the vehicles are the extension of your platforming and you can create your own moves with them.
