It allows you to really be a kid and experiment. People compalin about it being a bunch of vehicles, but those who do have no imagination. You don't have to be on wheels to do anything

Heck all you need is a seat and a spring. Imagine jumping around, but now you want to fly. Just add a propeller an engine and some fuel, and now you can fly and hover around.

Now lets say you want to attack just add the egg cannon or the homing missle launcher.

There is just so much you can do on the demo it is mind boggling. there is only about 25 to 30 different parts in the demo and in the full game it is over 1600.

Now people are going to say, but where is the platforming. There is plenty. Your traditional platforming is done in shadowtown and the vehicular platforming is doen in teh worlds.

The game is extremely polish. If you have the demo, but didn't like it tey to do things differently and see if you turn around. If you don't have the demo you need to download it and mess around.

Many of you guys grew up playing with Lego's and k'nex, but now you are able to bring those things to life with Banjo. I have never been this giddy or amzed by a game. I really feel like a kid again.

I know I am not going to change teh mindsets of most hardcore fans of banjo that don't like the change, but if you guys really think outside the box you can relive your childhood again.

I spent like 2 hours just roaming around showdown town once I got out of the barriers.

I enjoyed the view fromt he top of logs tower.

I really enjoyed the gameplay.

I am also a huge banjo fan from before, and this is still a banjo game, and it is very enjoyable to me.

That view is amazing. It is amazing how big it is. Seeing all those things so far out in the sea and the land is amazing.

Not everyone will like this type of game.

Look at the sales of a Ratchet/Jak/Kameo vs. a Gears/Call of Duty.

That being said, it seemed like a new spin to the collect o thons that were the Banjo games before, but with a different kind of reward.

the demo was fun, but i still miss the old platforming gameplay .. this change is a bit too big for me

i'm still getting the game and will prob enjoy it a lot, but i'd prob have enjoyed a traditional platformer even more

the gameplay and vehicles themselves are ok, i'm just not too keen on reaching targets / getting high scores

I've been negative about the game, maybe unfairly so. I've made a bunch of assumptions. I also have not played the demo yet, so I should be holding judgment. But based on every single video I've seen, it looks so different from past Banjo games. Let me know if I'm way off about this...

I'm assuming that in the demo, you had to create a vehicle, and then use that vehicle to get to a higher up area, unreachable area, or past some barricade. Am I wrong? I see this as being a rinse and repeat situation over and over throughout the game.

yes your wrong. Your not just creating a vehicle to get to unreachable areas or past some barricade. Your are creating vehicles to make the task at hand easier or for your own enjoyment.

Your powers in this game are teh ones you create. Why don't you play the demo with an open mind, be creative, and think outside the box. After you done with that create a vehicle you would like to the see.

I created stuff just on a whim and it worked. It is great. the demo hardly scratches teh surface of what you can create.

I love the combination of Banjo and Lego. It's a culmination of the two items I enjoyed the most in my childhood.

Platforming up L.O.G.'s Video Game Facotry was a lot of fun as well.

At first I was kinda disappointed with the game. But the more I played it the more liked it and got into it. The climb to the top of LOG's tower was amazing. It makes me wish there were more plat-forming, but the game is still fun... and GORGEOUS!

It is enjoyable, but, I can't stand the text. It's the king that you can barely see on SD, but could see well on HD. I don't have an HD, and I don't feel like spending money on one, because they can be quite costly.
