Graphics king confirmed.

If it's 720P on the next gen consoles I may have owned a lot of people that weren't expecting 720P games on next gen consoles.

It could. Does it make sense to you both nextboth and PS4 versions will be 720p? PS4 by far stronger so why should they run the same? M$ paying EA to make BF4 better on nextbox. We will see this at M$ next conference... but its ok.... we have the better looking KZ SF at 1080p :)

Game looks dated already (graphically). It's game-play is also dated. Story looks likes crap and so does the lead paper that sinks instead of floats with no movement.

Nothing of redeeming value.

As for consoles. 60 FPS should have been the target for 1080. 30 FPS is gonna suck. Or you can get a resolution down grade for extra 30 FPS.

Flaws have already been pointed out. Like the buggy's textures.

If your not starring at faces then you would see these inconsistency's.

If you are used to physics in games and max settings you would see them.

I mean really, what game these days doesn't use physic effects for paper?

Also the whole story they showed was just rehash crap we already played a dozen times before. Car chase with a chopper? Been there done that... How about running through a building with a chopper chasing you? Been there done that.

The most funny thing too is the car part. When it gets shot full of holes and lands in the water windshield first.... Then Sinks to the bottom and is only dripping water.

Not that I hate you, I just disagree highly with about 99% of the stuff you say. It's usually elitist and irrational, especially when it comes to stuff you really seem to hate.

You can hate on the story of BF4 all you want (because it does look pretty generic), but how you're saying the game looks outdated becuase of one low resolution texture on a vehicle... that's just sad. Even if there are a couple of other assets that aren't all that great, it seems that you're blowing things out of porportion trying to prove a point. Overall the whole video look absolutly fantastic, especially in 60 fps. Trying to dimish that by pointing out a few bad assets here and there doesn't make any sense. 

I don't care if people don't like Battlefield 4, I do care when they made dumb statements about it or any other game.

I played and play a ton of games. I played all the COD games till BO... Forgive me if COD series did all that already 100 times. Uncharted comes to mind too. But that was way more epic with building collapsing.

It gets old hearing all the hype for a game that just doing the same old song and dance. I'm just here to kill the hype.

After all I learned a few times that hype doesn't make a game good.

That argument will never be settled. Some people still believe our eyes don't see anything faster than 30fps, despite our eyes detecting motion in an entirely different way than machines render it.

Looks amazing! Cant wait to play Battlefield multiplayer rush with 64 players at 60 frames p second. Nothing new for PC gamers, though :P

60fps + 1080p would be perfect. I really hope more console games, next gen, reach that performance.

Man I love uncompressed vids with high FPS, really make a a difference from all the compressed crap and FPS cap that plagues many videos.

Aren't they shooting for 60fps though? 720p at 60fps with a good hardware upscaler is fine for the majority of TV sets out there. You won't be able to tell much of a difference sitting on your couch between 1080p rendering and 720p rendering with a good upscaler. 

1080p on the console doesn't make much sense to me given these factors. The difference in picture quality is not worth the increase of graphical performance and rendering features you can gain by limiting your resolution to 1280x720.

there is no proof it will be in 720 on consoles but that would be huge fail if it did. Who the hell uses 720p anymore? you can get a 1080p tv for under 400$ now!

Anyone who thought every game would run at 1080P next gen was being delusional. At the start of this gen and maybe the end of next gen expect games ot run at 720P.
