Be honest Cows, in the big picture you have to be surprised the PS3 is in last.

Im not trying to bash the PS3, but in just talking from the numbers stand point you can't argue that the PS3 is in last place.Its like the Wii stole a majority of the casual gamers and the 360 won more than half of the hardcore gamers this gen. I don't think anyone could have ever predicted this outcome 5 years ago. Whether PS3 will catch up is neither here not there, that idea of the PS3 having to catch up would have been a foreign idea to most people. Its like the Wii has been slam dunking, the 360's been sinking three pointers and the PS3 has been getting fouled and shooting free throws. This has been an interesting generation, one could only imaginewhat will happen next gen! My question is how have you cows delt with this reality, i can see most living in denial, but i don't think the PS3 will ever be the dominate force it once was, i'm sorry.

There is more to PS3s current condition than just sales, of course gamers tend not to care about the business side of things.

What do they care if Sony's PS3 divivion has made billions in losses? All that matters is Sony keeps dishing out the cash for big budget blockbusters.

Sony defintiley is the loser this gen so far, which yes does surprise me since the PS2 was such a success. And I loved it, but have since switched sides to the 360, which I never would've thought last gen.

I don't care how much Sony makes or loses, and even if I did, what am I going to do about it? It's not like I have 2 billion dollars sitting in my room that I could just hand over to Sony. I'm not sure why gamers care about the internal workings of the companies. If you like the games or systems, buy them.

Oh, joyous day. Another person on SW trying to convince me that my PS3 is somehow crippled because it hasn't sold as many units as a system that really is crippled. How do these people always find their way out of the woodwork? Next thing you know somebody will try to convince SW that the Wii is the best console because it sold the most units. ...oh wait, never mind; they did that already, too.jalexbrown
