It does not offer anything new . I would rather have a AAA game like Gears 2 than this crap

i doubt it even sells 250k plus in its first month for npd u.s.

little big planet is far better then any platformer wii has had to date

LBP never really interested me. I can see some interesting points, but I just can't actually picture myself actually wanting to play it and especially make stuff for it. I haven't played platformers since Sega Genisis and SNES and never really took to creative games like the sims.

To me the question is like asking an action/horror movie buff whether they want to watch broadway musicals...it's just not my cup of tea.

I have no interest in this overrated level editor.

I had gears on pc, and thought it was a very uninspired game. Very unimpressed, compared with all the good pc shooters out there. I feel that epic did a big diservce to pc gamers who made them what they are today. If it wasn't for the pc modding community epic would be nothing! Ut3 was reused gears models and felt very clunky and consolized. Have you noticed that every character in gears has the same basic shape? They all have the marcus fenix over dose of steriods look, even the enemies look like they took the player models and put some different textures on them. LAZY developers especially compared to what a masterpeice ut2004 was. Cliffy B is a tard, and brought that company down with his backstabbing anti-pc sentiment.

Ok enough with my anit gears soap-box, but it was brought up and had to be said. LBP Is a unique game that shines above every thing else out there, it is more then just a simple platformer, there is so much you can do with it and its fun. The game will have 1000's of hours of replayablity. Any lems who dis the game are just jealous, kinda like they were with MGS4. You don't see ps3 people going into gears forums, but lems you will see in all the ps3 exclusive forums, why? They want those games thats why. The solution , go buy a ps3!

That's a dumb statement. I can understand you not wanting to play Little Big Planet. I can understand it being nothing new, but the way you put Gears 2 after it made it seem like you are saying Gears 2 is something new and has new stuff to offer. NO it doesn't. The game doesn't really have anything new to offer either, and the first one didn't as well. I think the only thing it had to offer was a perfected cover system, well pretty close to perfect.

I do own a PS3 and I won't be getting LBP. Much rather play through Dead Space or Resistance 2.

To some people, it just isn't that fun. No reason to call 360 owners or Lemmings out on it.

I dont know why people are acting like this is a game that everyone should want to play. i wouldnt touch it if it was free. same for mgs4. only ps3 exclusive i would play that i can think of is uncharted. oh, and something like "Yakuza".TBoogy

I can tell you though it is sad that I didn't like this game. LBP was one of my most anticipated titles along with Fable 2, and then I played the beta and I just... didn't like it. :(

It looks neat, but I just dont see it as a reason to get it. I'd rather get Fable 2 over it really.

I think that as a game it looks absolutely fantastic. However I have no interest in playing it, not my kind of thing. Similiar kind of thing with say Final Fantasy. I bet alot of people here could admit RTSs like Company of Heroes are absolutely amazing but they simply have no interest in them (unfortunate, since CoH is brilliant.)

Edit: Also even if it looked awesome I wouldn't buy a console for it. I enjoy co-op and online play with friends and the 360 is infinitely superior for that.

Played it daily for over 2 weeks on the UK tour (when they stopped in manchester), it's an OK game but certainly not a system seller so i won't be buying a PS3 for it.
