I think LoZ: OoT, but technically they all got perfect scores. INTERESTING, 2 of them were given AAAA but JEFF GERSTMANN: LoZ and Tony Hawk. Even though that was a long time ago, still interesting to see that Jeff Gerstmann of all people has handed out more AAAA than anyone else.
I can only vote OOT because I've played pretty much none of those games, and only based off what I heard OOT is better. But then agian I never really played these games.

Another interesting fact. Despite the fact that LoZ: OoT was the first AAAA game for GS, it did not win GOTY from GS in 98. A game called Grim Fandango won.
OoT, there's no contest. Soul Calibur was good, but I haven't played Chrono Trigger. How did THPS3 get a perfect 10? In essence, it being a skateboarding game should prevent that from being possible. :lol:
