best alternative to PC

which console offers the best experience that you can't otherwise get on pc? Is it even worth getting any of the consoles if you have a gaming machine?

Wel most of the good 360 games are on or are going to pc. The ps3's on the other hand most likely will never be on the pc and the ps3 doesn't break like the 306 does. I would recomend the ps3 if you have a pc and if you don't have a pc and besides you get a hd movie player

I got a gaming PC and the first system I would get beside it, for now, is a DS.

If you want what you "can't" get from PC gaming, the most viable alternative is the Wii.Vandalvideo

I am choosing between 360 and ps3, screw wii. I am mainly an fps and strategy gamer on my pc, sometimes some rpg too. I'm most interested in ff13, the new gta and some other cinematic games that arent for pc. Looking through the lists of titles I am very unimpressed though, looks like neither console has anything worth playing. ivan_69

seeing your options ps3 is a better console for you

If you dont have a gaming PC i would say 360 because its got nearly all the new great games on PC and its also alot more value for your money. Another thing is that if your going to get a PS3 prepare to wait for a good game to come out. About the RROD issue if it breaks dont worry about it just get it fixed for free (something you cant do with a ps3).
