Best collections of villains/bosses in any one game.

I'm going to go with the obvious here and say MGS1. Ninja/Wolf/Liquid/Ocelot/Mantis/Raven. What a seriously badass collection of badasses.

FF7 has a nice collection too. Rufus/Shinra/Sep/Jenova/The Turks.

It's been YEARS since i've been impressed by any games ''villains'' FF13 was an EPIC failure in this regard.

Demon's Souls had the best boss fights by faaaaar...

MGS1, Chrono trigger, FFIV, Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, Darksiders, Knights in the Nightmare... the list goes on.

No More Heroes 1-2, Demons Souls and MGS1 coem to mind almost immediately.

Batman.

Shadow of the Colossus, Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2, Okami, Windwaker, OOT.

I was quite pleased with the bosses in Enslaved Odyssey to the West.

Organization 13, and Los Espada.
