Best Controllers Ever Made!

A counter thread to the other one. I'm not too familiar with picture posting and all that so what are your guys' thoughts?

I would have to agree with the Dual Shock 2.

The 360 controller is a good second, but the terrible Dpad pulls it down. Hopefully Next Gen M$ doesn't fumble in that regard.

Keyboard, can't map dozens of shortcuts on any other controller.

The Gamecube controller, hands down.

It's hard to make a top 5 but my all time favorite is the 360 controller. I think they litterally modelled it for my hands. Altho I have slight complaints w/ D-Pad and sometimes accidentally "clicking" the left analog stick during play.

Other mentions: SNES, K/B Mouse, Gamecube, S version of Xbox

I think the later generation Saturn's had a smaller version of their original controller with 6 top buttons that I loved for fighting games. Great d-pad, clicky buttons that gave great feedback, I could time moves and pull off combos with ease with that thing.

If the Wiimote had more buttons, it would be my fav. Controller. I love the separation. It gives a more comfortable feel. And the nunchuck seems to fit in your hands! Because it doesn't, i will say Dualshock 2.

DualShock has always felt natural to me.

Saturn Pad > SNES Pad > 360 in that order.

Best controller is and always has been MS. Even the large DUKE original xbox controller was awesome. Then PS1,2,3 controller. I have spent my time playing fps on m/k. Believe me...I love the mouse..BUT the keyboard needs to go.

I have plans of a new controller drawn out but need to get it certified or a pantant for it...Its the best idea and would be best for shooters by a mile.
