There is a bunch so hard to pick one-

Blizzard- Only had a exapnsion this year. It was for WoW but they did such a great job with WoW I give them a lot of credit.

Valve-Orange Box- Portal,TF2, plus half life. They did a great job with that.

Bungie- Halo 3-Haters will continue to hate but it is a great game.

Irrational games-Bioshock- Can not argue to much with Bioshock since it is getting many GOTY awards.

For me it's Nintendo because they are making so much of their software sales it's not funny and the fact they also made SMG this year also makes my decision a lot easier.

Infinity Ward... they have proven once again that they are one of the best if not the best FPS developers around, especialy since COD4 is one the best looking games out but doesn't run like one (optimised)

only because they are pretty much single handedly making worthwhile games on the wii. They've probably put out more games between their first-second parties in the last 4 months than other developers have all year.

Valve. They deserve to be known as the best developer of all time just due to Portal. I have never had as much fun as I had in those 5 hours it took to beat the game. I absolutely HATE Half-life 2, but due to Portal, I know forgive Valve for making Half-life.

and what did polyphany do? made a demo they are passing as a game! i take it you are a cow. only they would be that brave. i have a PS3 myself and if anything im mad that they are not spending the time to finish the real game.

CDProjekt. They made a riot with The Witcher and they deserve a lot of credit for they made a spectacular debut game. The same applies with GSC for their stunning accomplishement with STALKER. And to Crytek, their sophomore game is simply the year's best.

Nintendo, just because SMG is such an amazing game. And Valve deserves props as well for making a quality compilation with more bang for my buck than almost any other game this gen.

If you call GT5 Prologue a demo, than that's one VERY BIG demo. If all of you call it a demo, it is the biggest demo since GT4 Prologue. :|

Bungie for redeeming the halo franchise:D and giving me an amazing game. After that.... they split from microsoft to be able to give us even better games. I truly think they'll be exclusive to microsoft.
