i personally like the first onimusha where he stabs the sword in the gorund in front of him and that snake thing(i think it was nobunaga if i remember correctly) chearges at him and splits in to while going into samanoski's blade. it was awsome.
FFVIII, back when Squaresoft's new CGI for it was considered some of the best ever seen in a game. It was such a good ending, the way it played out. A little confusing at first, it eventually explained all the events which took place after you beat Ultimecia.
Kingdom Hearts II -- having Sora, Riku, and Kairi back on the islands, only to get another letter from Mickey... and the sunset horizons/birth by sleep secret endings were great as well. >_>

Link stabs Ganon in the chest(looks him in the eyes whiles doing it) He finds midna alive to be a veautiful princess. He goes back to the village to see lilia adn runs off for more adventureÂ
On a side note, Lady Vashj is now dead in WoW's expansion. People are still working on their way to Kael. Hopefully Blizzard will make it so that Kael dies by a NPC's hands or gets away. Â
The ending chapter of Silent Hill 2, where the main character finds out he killed his sick wife to end her pain. That was like wow....heavy stuff, when all the psychological bits and pieces of him hiding his guilty feelings and then rediscovering them fall into place.
