Not sure how we can say "BEST"?? Especially if we havent played every single game for every system. Most people are going to chose the game with best graphics and most hype. And in some cases those games might not be better. Just a thought..
That's a personal question dependent on individual tastes. For me, it's probably MGS4 on PS3, and Mass Effect on 360... though Gears of War is a close 2nd. But there is no universally agreed upon 'Best Game' for any system.
