Best game this console generation?

Just wondering what do you think is the best console game this generation? For me it's between Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3.

Leaning towards Halo 3 so I'll nominate that game :D

dead rising and geow

I rather dislike console COD4 the autoaim is too high.

I only own a 360, I've never touched a Wii, and have only played through heavenly sword and layed incharted for a little while on PS3

I'd say my choice lies between my first 2 360 games: Gears of War or Dead Rising

for the xbox 360- saints row or dead rising

for the ps3- best ive played is wwe smack down vs raw 08

for the wii -super mario galaxy or ssbb even manhunt 2 could be my best game this gen

overall this gen

mario party 8/saints row / wwe 2008(all 3 versions)

but no game has yet to dethrown ,goldeneye007 /perfect dark or timesplitters series of games
