Best graphics of all time!!

What game has the best graphics of all time. Your opinion. It could be a game thats coming soon like killzone 2 or re5. I think the best graphic in a game is Gran turismo 4 prologue.

I would have to say either Crysis (obviously), Stalker: Clear Skies and Far Cry 2 PC version :o

For Console's would have to say easily KillZone 2 then Gears of War 2.

And then there is the conflict between "Technical" graphics, and "Artistic" graphics, where you face off realism and surrealism.

So!

I'd still have to go with Crysis, atm. But there are a lot of spunky games out there, who's graphics are original, and...awesome! Even though they make not look 'real'.

As for "Best graphics of all time", if the Crysis Trilogy ever gets completed, Crysis 3 is probably going to look better than real life....

As of the moment, the best looking game out is Crysis/Warhead.

It'll be surpassed.

Crysis overall. Killzone 2 for consoles. Soon enough Crysis will not be the graphics king. Games nowadays keep getting better looking every year or so. It is really cool to see the technology progress and the games looking even more realistic every year. jfcundiff

Graphical progress is practically at a standstill due to console domination.

Quake was as incredible for its time as Crysis is for now. Quake 2 came out a year later and blew Quake away. Year later and Unreal demolished Quake 2. This continued until Crysis which will continue to be on the cutting edge until the nex gen consoles arrive.

I am gonna go with Crysis, In some places it looks better than most CGI movies I have see, like faces, character models. A close second would be Clear Sky.muscleserge

well i definatly smoke...but i got 20/20 and whoever said crysis is definatly on medication.
