I did like that jetpack. The only other games I played with a Jetpack are Jetpac Refuelled, Duke Nukem 3D, and San Andreas.

The physics and techinal stuff sucked but it is the most fun to use, Fly over Las vegas and shoot gangstas.

I really liked how they used the Jetpack in Warhawk. Though the best would probably be Dark Void.

I was going to say this. IDK if it is my real answer or not, but it is the most fun I have had with a jetpack in a game. Gotta love the cheat code that required you to use both hands, feet, and your face to unlock :P.
