BROTHERS IN ARMS: HELL'S HIGHWAY! 

I'm not a fan of the sci-fi type shooters like Halo. I'm more into action/military type shooters. What are the best FP Shooters of that genre on PS2, 360, and PS3? CALL OF DUTY 3 (all consoles), BLACK, MEDAL OF HONOR, F.E.A.R. etc. ? The upcoming ARMY OF TWO, and STRANGLEHOLD look awesome to me :) JDW_games

Almost all of the games you mentioned are just pure action shooters. Strangleshold is a 3rd person shooter BTW. If you want ultra realistic then you're probably gonna have to forego on the graphics, the best ones are usually the older fps games. Remember a single bullet will kill you if in the torso region.

i am actualy enjoying rainbow six vegas alot right now, GRAW was a great military shooter too.. but not alot of people play it that much since GRAW 2 came out and i just got rainbow six vegas :(

Your honestly better off with PC's when it comes to military shooters. Army is a free game you can download off the army site or sites like fileshack.com and its very very real and very fun.

COD2 is wayyyy better on the computer because its realism mods are amazing.

COD/UO is another good one on the comp because of mods.

GRAW on the PC is in first person and is alot more tactical than 360 version.

Joint operations, its online only, but its super fun

Stranglehold is a military themed FPS? I thought it was a third person shooter with a John Woo theme?

Anyhow, I'm gonna have to say Battlefield 2. And S.T.A.L.K.E.R, if that counts. The firefights are ****ing godly.
