RE4 is one of the best games this gen? ehh I played all of it, and I stilll prefer the GC version

Portal is included with Orange Box, but I agree that's one of the best. @December24 I'd replace Resident Evil 4 with Dead Space and Oblivion with Fallout3 as well. And add Little Big Planet.

I would swap Gears with Gears 2, and I would replace Oblivion with Final Fantasy Tactics: WotL and RE4 with Ratchet & Clank, but other than that, I like the list. Maybe not the order though.

It's about at the halfway point..A decent summary of what we have so far isn't too bad. As long as it isn't "The single best game of the generation" I'm fine with it....

Super Mario Galaxy, Portal, and Bioshock are the top games this gen so far IMO.

hmmm...... alot of games deserve some mention be it MGS 4 GTA 4 Halo 3, COD 4, Orange Box, Super Mario Galaxy, Crysis, COmpany of Heroes, etc hmm...top 10 woulbe hard to narrow down
