PC & Wii U. PC for multiplats renders all other systems obsolete 99% of the time, and Nintendo just have the most unique & interesting exclusives.
PC+3DS
That or the WiiU; I don't get how people can seriously say PS4 at the moment. Maybe in the future it will be worth it, but Killzone and Knack aren't worth spending $400 to get.
Really not much difference between a PS4 and a XB1. Both have bugger all for games atm so 90% of your gaming will be on your PC. I suppose the XB1 has more non-gaming features so that might be a plus if it floats your boat.
EDIT and I doubt a WiiU will appeal to PC mainly gamers tbh.
I wouldn't buy any of those right now - the consoles have absurdly small game libraries, and a PC in a few years will likely have the specs to last the whole console cycle being the platform of choice.
A year ago I would have said PC/PS3. Two years from now I'll be saying PC/PS4. Maybe the Wii U as well.
For me it's XBox One + PS4 + PC. That's all I need at the moment.

I don't know what a Cambo is, but I know what a Crambo is.

Even though I already have a gaming PC+WiiU and planning on getting a PS4 to play exclusives with my non-pc gaming buddies...
I voted for PC+Xbox One simply because there is no Kinect-like experience on the PC yet and if I was going to actually play a console game then it would be one that utilizes the Kinect. PS4 has graphics going for it, but I have a gaming PC with better hardware than it so it would be a step down.
PS4 plus PC. I think the PS4 will be by far the best console, with the most quality exclusives and plenty that I'm interested in.
Not interested in the other two.
The PC always gets plenty of good exclusives, and I may end up playing some multi-plats on there too.
well has to be said that just getting all of the things is the best combo.
if i was buying platforms to play games on now it would be PC, 3DS and vita. the wiiu, PS4 and X1 need to improve on the games front. if i missed out on the PS3 or 360 then i would get one of those also (the wiiu is BC with the wii so i would get the wiiu now instead of a wii if i wanted to play wii games).
however if i knew i could only have 2-3 platforms for the gen (for whatever crazy reason...er platform rationing? :P) it would be the PC, wii u and 3DS.

Unlike the PS4/Xbox One, Wii U has something to offer PC gamers in terms of unique exclusives... Especially those driven by gameplay. There's nothing like a stint of Mario to wind down after a week or two of hardcore strategy gaming.
Best combo? WiiU,Xbone, PS4, PS3, 360, and a PC to go on amazon/ebay to buy good games for those great systems.
I would say PC + WiiU considering WiiU is the only one with games worth owning right now out of all the consoles. PC should be primary no matter what if you call yourself a gamer.
PS4 + Wii U for me, PC has terrible exclusives imo unlike the ps4 and the Wii U
The PS4 has pretty terrible exclusives right now too.
As of this moment if you have a PC there is no point to get a PS4. I can see the xbone if you want all the TV integration stuff. And I can see the Wii U if you love nintendo games. But I just don't see the PC+PS4 synergy right now.

I don't feel that way at all. Looking forward to Resogun and Need for Speed: Rivals, as well as Assassin's Creed 4 and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition soon after.
All those games except for resogun are on pc tubby. You kinda just proved my point. If you have a pc like I do why on earth would I buy a ps4 now? To play a side scroller? 400 bucks to play a side scroller? I'll pass. Kill zone? Only thing that game has going for it are graphics. To a console player this might be enough but again to a pc gamer who has been playing games with killzone shadowfall type graphics since 2011 this isn't enough to shell 400 bucks for. As of now there just isn't a good enough reason to shell out the money for a ps4 if you have a legit rig. It is what it is. No way going around it.
Since I have a high end PC I have little to no interest in getting either PS4 or X1 but with Mario Kart 8 and the new Super Smash coming out next year I think I might get a Wii U to go along with my PC.
Currently: PC+WiiU, in like a year or 2, probably PC+PS4, unless even the Japanese third party support starts making PC ports.
I wouldn't be surprised to see MGSV and FFXV pop up on Steam one day.

No, not at all. It depends on the person's situation and what they feel is worth it to them. I set consoles up with my HDTV and surround speakers in the lounge room and I would much rather play those multi-plats on the PS4.
I did try some options for setting my PC up with all of that (even though my receiver for the speakers has only digital optical in, and the PC doesn't have digital optical out) and ended up getting a whole heap of Blue Screens of Death over and over for my troubles. The OS had to be re-installed, wiping out everything on my HDD.
Some day though, I may end up playing just about all multi-plats on the PC. A cheap Steam Machine for streaming may end up being the solution. If not, no big deal.
