Which is the best portable gaming system right now?

PRICES:
Playstation Portable [PSP] = $200.00 (No Games Included Just System)
Nintendo Double Screen [DS] = $150.00 (Includes DS Lite, and Accesories)
Game Boy Advance SP/Micro = Micro: $70.00 pr SP: $80.00

What is the best? PSP with great games, web browsing, photo sharing?
DS with great double screens and  the old Nintendo games?
The great GBA SP/Micro with all your small portable needs?

for gaming, DS wins.  GBA backwards compatibility + current DS games.  That's a huge game library.

The PSP is great for it's multimedia functions and anything you run off the memory stick.  But the battery life and load times suck.

For my 8 year old brother: GBA (cheaper, cheaper games, good durability, TONS of games) For my 14 year old sister: DS Lite (good price, games like Nintendogs, sleek and stylish) For a 20 year old male: PSP (Is a great all-in-one portable entertainment device that isn't limilted to just games, a great device for my digital lifestyle

Don't really see why the GBA is in there since the DS can play GBA games. IMO PSP > DS both systems have good games, but the extra functionality is worth the extra $50 to me Internet, RSS feeds (with auto download), Video, music, pictures (can be used for reading graphic novels made for the PSP), hopefully GPS system will come out in America, the rumored Skype functionality, and yeah, the PSP can also play GBA games, N64, SNES, Genesis, Master System, WonderSwan, Atari, MAME, (homebrew, but I can't say how here), and now with the new PS3 firmware 1.6, I can stream photos, music and video from any hotspot in the world from my PS3.

Even with Homebrew there's nothing for the PSP really. A bunch of old games, and new fangled tools for my PSP means nothing with a horrible battery life to accompany it, not to mention the stiffy price tag for a larger memory stick to hold the files, and terrible screen that cannot be seen outside in daylight. DS just is what a portable gaming system is all about, and it has a great selection of titles, no load times and the only fault it truly has is the lack of power compared to the PSP, but that's hardly anything when it's greatest games have the gameplay and style to play endlessly.

In 2006 I discovered the true multimedia capabilities of my PSP and haven't put it down for months, even when I'm not playing some friggin awesome games (Daxter, MGS: PO) I'm subscribing to podcasts, listening to music, or even watching Batman: The Movie (a la Adam West). So if you know what you're doing you should get a PSP and if you're an idiot who can't play 3D games, probably owns a Mac, and can't put music onto an MP3 Player without syncing it to a computer program then the Nintendo DS is for you.

great double screens and old Nintendo games? This topic is lame~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~how about all of the new great Nintendo games that have out sold the PSP games? The TC obviously only has a PSP and used to have a GBA maybe when he was 7 I have owned themn all at 1 point (got rid of the psp and gba) and I must say the psp and ds had its stengths and weaknesses and the DS PLAYS GBA GAMES-
