Best RPG of the Gen /w poll included!

I gotta hand this one to Nier. While in a lot of ways the other games on the poll absolutely crush it, when it comes to characters, story, and music, Nier is unmatched by anything in any genre. Opinions.

Diablo III will be. Though when I finally get the chance to tear open Xenoblade, it will certainly be a contender.

How's Diablo3 on the list, I'm sure it'll be great, but it's not out.

Though I can guarantee that it'll have the most playtime, for me, of any RPG this gen.

Deus Ex is a FP-Stealth-RPG/light Shooter, you only need the gun for bosses. It's an RPG.

Also Xenoblade and Lost Odyssey, AND he listed Diablo III, which hasn't even released yet :P

ME is an RPG, it's just not heavy (at all) on the rpg 'elements(stats 'n such)'. But it does focus on the literal 'role' part of RPG pretty heavily.

Those games couldn't be included otherwise they would have taken Digodlo 3's spot. I simply would not allow such a crime to happen.

Some people seem to be questioning the inclusion of D3. I realise it's not released yet, but being that it's developed by Blizzard who never does anything wrong and are perfect, the game has earned it's spot. Saying that D3 wont be one of the greatest RPGs of all time, if not thee greatest, is denial.

Diablo II is the game I have spent the most time with ever. I don't know how long I spent with it, but I dont need to. It is through the roof :P.

I was worried I would be alone in DIII, since my brother (who LOVES DII) and his friend were very skeptical and not excited. They both played the beta with me and are now so hyped. DIII is going to rock :cool:

I never really played Diablo 1 or 2 that much, but I am so intensly excited over Diablo 3. This is the game I have a feeling I will sink hours into I think. Oh and GW2 ofcourse

No offense, but a lot of those are terrible choices. What about Xenoblade, The Last Story, The Witcher 2, Fallout, etc? I went ahead and picked Skyrim because that's the best on there, but I really would have picked Xenoblade if I had the option.
