Okay, I've never played Portal but I just love the ending theme song.

I don't know about "theme" song but I think Fable had the best soundtrack ever...i could hum along to every single tune in it and it was awesome...still is. I just hope the Fable 2 soundtrack is just as good :D

God of War's theme is pretty awesome too, and fits well with the game.

Myth for the c64 has one of the best music themes i have ever heard. I loved it when i was a kid and i still love it and the metal cover to it kicks A$$.
