Those who played both will say Uncharted
Almost everyone in the thread contradicts this.
It's hard to judge, because I have only played Tomb Raider with a mouse and keyboard and Uncharted 2 with a controller. Although, I did enjoy the combat in Rise of the Tomb Raider, and I thought the combat was meh in Uncharted 2, so I'll give it to Tomb Raider.
You dont know if "almost everyone" in this thread actually played both. This is SW after all so by common misconception this will work this way: Cows will vote Uncharted, everyone else will vote TR
I actually played both and contrary to some I can actually prove it
here
You're comparing Uncharted 2 with TR but U2 combat is severely dated compared to U4 and TLL. U4 and TLL do combat encounters both in stealth and gunplay way better than TR unless you really like playing with the bow and arrows, in that case TR will be better.

Tomb raider doesn't just beat uncharted in combat, it absolute demolishes it in every conceivable way.
You couldnt be any more factually wrong. Saying you prefer TR over Uncharted is one thing, saying TR is objectively better than Uncharted is just factually wrong, sorry
Gunplay - U4/TLL > TR/RotTR
Stealth mechanics - U4/TLL > TR/RotTR
enemy encounter + combat options (verticality and level design that gives combat approach options) - U4/TLL > TR
Traversal - U4/TLL > TR/RotTR
Scenery variety - U4/TLL > TR/RotTR
Puzzles - It depends on personal preference since TR will focus more on physics based puzzles while Uncharted will focus more on logical puzzles
Exploration - TR has the edge here but most is composed by tedious fetch quests that break the pacing of the game. Treasure hunting is also better but thats not saying much
Atmosphere - TR 2016 has better atmosphere over the others but RotTR atmosphere was a disappointment so, overall, Uncharted has the edge but this is personal opinion anyway
Characters/story - No argument here. Uncharted > TR
