some info:
"Beyond the Labyrinth is being directed by tri-Ace's Takayuki Suguro, director of Resonance of Fate and Valkyrie Profile 2, and produced by Konami's Shingo Mukaitouge, who's also producing Frontier Gate(Tri-Ace other game for PSP).
Interviewed in the magazine, the Mukaitouge and tri-Ace CEO Yoshiharu Gotanda revealed the game to be a 3D dungeon RPG. Aside from this, they were being vague in their commentary. They showed artwork of a young girl and said that the story will center on her, but wouldn't confirm her to be the main character. Of course, they did not share her name.
The girl will talk a lot, the two said. This is one area of focus for the development team.
The main gameplay involves 3D dungeon exploration. However, Gotanda said that the visuals and world view are being made bright.
Developed to be a major draw for the 3DS, 60% complete"

EDIT: Laus beat me to it goddammit.
Dungeon RPG eh? Wouldve been nice to have some action screenshots
They're not in-game but I hope it tries hard to look like those pics.OreoMilkshake
They're looking pretty "in-game" to me
Diggin' the art----- and layout. Character? Not so much. Stands out too much imo and looks a bit...blocky I guess is the word.

In-game? Bullshots?
Looks interesting.

Pretty sure those are in game.
Then, damn!
It's things like this that make me want a 3DS. Damn it.

Me too. But holding out just makes it better. So when you do buy it, you will have a nice library of great games for your 3DS.

I'll never have the time to play these games even if I do have the money. Aside from my DS being broken (still functional, but the hinge is broken), I don't really play games on it because I simply don't have the time.

How do you know? They look in-game to me, except the last pic that's clearly artwork.
The game is about 60% complete. One would think they'd be able to release some in-engine shots at least. They sure do look like in-game, all but the last one. Anyways it's looking pretty nice.
if those screens are legit, it already looks better than 90% of wii games.ShinobishyguyYa really, though it seems to be implied they might not be. It looks great either way, even as a concept, tri-ace is kind of hit and miss lately, hopefully its a hit.
3D Dungeon Crawler.Looks very good, what kind of game is it?

It looks great I have to get this when I get a 3DS.

I think so at least, because that's too clean and smooth. (no jaggies and textures look med res to me), but still... if it looks close to this, that's amazing.

Ya there seems to still be quite a bit of jaggies in a lot of 3DS games, I suppose we'll see.
