Looks like Sony have changed the DS4 controller big time that a big FPS developer is praising it

BF4 Designer:

" The PS4 controller is my prefrence for gen4. You'll love it too"

"After PS4 people will say "Why the f**k did we use L1 and R1 in the past?"

"Its better in everything": Says Alan BF4 designer.

This controller has some big words to live up to when people actually use it

Either way using one for BF4 is stupid, KB/M is infinitely superior to any gamepad for it

Note how he didn't mention the X1 controller because he knows it's superior in every way.

X1 controller is exactly like the 360's controller so im pretty sure its included ;).. besides he wanted to only compare it to last gen systems and not mention the X1 cuz its the new gen.

Controller layout/button options should be a mandatory feature with FPS games. Can't they just let us customise our shyit? lol

Not if the triggers feel good and natural

Personally I don't like triggers for shooting, despite their name, I prefer them for pressure sensitive actions like they're designed for. Shooting isn't one of those actions

I think the X1 controller would be betetr for shooting though due to the individual haptic feedback triggers, it could be a cool sensation

So much this. It's stupid to force you to use things. Not trying to start PC vs console shit but that's why I like PC control options. You can change every single button. Console games need that too

Yup it has gotten quite bigger, they showed it next to th PS3 controller at E3 i believe in one of Sony's E3 videos on YouTube and it looked far bigger but a lot of people loved it, seems like anyone who tries it falls in love with it.

Working with some of the most creative minds in the industry, PlayStation®4 delivers breathtaking and unique gaming experienceIt will offer a barn bursting amount of world class, high scoring exclusives, just like the PS3. Day fvcking 1. Speaking of the PS3, I'd like to thank Sony corporation with a special shout out to Ken Kutaragi Through your hard work and dedication, you have given us a system of the ages and console of the generation. A value that only you could imagine has unfolded before our very eyes and blossomed into something very beautiful. So, you see, we took small steps to success all along that hike. Together, they added up to hundreds of thousands of small steps. But we might have chosen not to take the first step. We might have stopped at any point along the way. That would have meant that we would not have gotten to our destination. There were also obstacles along the way. But with each small step they were overcome. There were frustrations, fears and uncertainties. But with each small step they were crushed. There was hardship and danger, but with each small step and focus on the desired destination it was conquered. So you see, success is no mystery. Because, as the Chinese philosopher Lao-tzu said: A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step. It takes only one small step to succeed and you have done it Ken. Bravo.

Especially superior how it takes AA batteries still & DS4 has built in rechargable batteries.

I'd rather smash my fingers with a sledgehammer than play an on-line shooter with a controller...
