don't see anything wrong with thatKarateeeChopI would expect more graphically than what was shown + there was a lot of screen tearing. And makes you wonder if that is whats needed for similar quality.

1)It's still in development
2)BF3 was probably the most optomized multiplat game for PC. It ran on max settings on pretty much any decent rig at a decent framerate. PC players need not worry.
and this is why PC gaming sucks. It's all smoke and mirrors. They show you trailers looking amazing and then they tell you that you need a $1000 GPU to play it just like that and that's without counting the CPU, monitor, etc.

It's better than showing amazing looking games, and then saying, "Oh sorry, you won't see it look anything like that :("
Assumes that there was no overhead from recording a video. Assumes that video was recorded at a standard resolution. Has no idea what frame rates were being achieved with the 7990. Has no idea about drivers and graphics optimisations.and this is why PC gaming sucks. It's all smoke and mirrors. They show you trailers looking amazing and then they tell you that you need a $1000 GPU to play it just like that and that's without counting the CPU, monitor, etc.

"AMD announced this morning that last nights demonstration of Battlefield 4 was powered by the AMD Radeon HD 7990 'Malta' video card! AMD also goes on to say that the AMD Radeon HD 7990 is the worlds fastest video card, which might get some people over at NVIDIA upset as the card isn't for sale just yet!"BlabadonAmd drivers suck, Nvidia will quickly catch up, and I will gladly wait. Amd drivers are better these days but nvidia is still way less trouble on new games.

So you want them to show off their brand new game in sub HD running at 25FPS with no extra effects?and this is why PC gaming sucks. It's all smoke and mirrors. They show you trailers looking amazing and then they tell you that you need a $1000 GPU to play it just like that and that's without counting the CPU, monitor, etc.

And ironically, Bad company, 1, looks a lot better. No ugly lens flare's and design that's not nothing but brown and gray and blue color grading.
After this generation i'm never going to pick up a shooter ever again, they used to be fun, now they're awful I can't stand them. How long can you people actually continue to hype this crap?
also this news is more about AMD bragging about their fancy card than anything else. Nvidia has been getting a lot hype with the Titan so they are just trying to make some headlines themselves.

And how do these smoke and mirrors not apply to the consoles too? I doubt anyone is showing their games off on consoles any more because people would complain about the graphics not realising that they're never going to get what's shown in the trailers.and this is why PC gaming sucks. thing is ,only a small percentage of hermits even have half of that power.Wait, you mean companies like to show off their games in the best possible way??
mems_1224
I guess AMD is trying to put something out to compete with Titan.
Glad I bought into this generation of cards early on, seems to be dragging on for a while.

stay ignorant then
until they show otherwise. Don't forget that the engine is upgraded most hermits comparing others at high res and framerate are also using games with last gen engines.Crysis3 takes a Titan to hit very high at close to 60fps [QUOTE="wis3boi"]

This, and I already walk all over BF3 with ease
