Ok, so you think in the follwoing months after Fable 2 there will come a game that
- has a fully free roaming, dynamic, with day/night changes, season changes world ?
- has vast free raming forests, with 120.000 leaves per tree, vast number of trees arund, ground fully covered in grass, and some of THE most beautifull shadows from veryhting on grass, and every other object, all dynamically changing as the sun moves
- has volumetric lighting in those forest, with real time light beams beeing filtered throught the trees and leavs, and chancge as the point of view and the sun changes positions
- have HUGE vast cities, with castles, cathedrals, all kinds of shops and jobs, in which you can buy EVERYTHING, become king, and from many of the major buildings get quest too ?
- the cities you influence will change real time depending on how you play, which poeple you kill, or change if you are good or evil, also cities will grow, from small villages to cities then big cities ? And when you kill the village population will not grow into one ?
- can influence economy in a huge scale, become ruler of Albion, king, mayor
- can have multiple wives, families, kids, residences, furniture your home
- get a host of different jobs, buy and run shops, sell ion shops things from your hunts, or become a henceman, woodcutter, assassin, vlacksmith etc etc
- have a dog AI companion, that will show you secrets, help in combat, fetch stuff etc etc
- can swim to uncover secrtes and treasures
- can free trading roads
- can play co-op, with the 2ond player joinng in ANY TIME, and gaining experience to bring to his world later!!!
- fluid combat system, 100% real time, spectacular spell effects, and use of environment, like confine your motion in narrow spaces, stab enemies in walls, throw them from ledges etc
- all houses in the VAST cities have an inside, without loading
- have lively NPC's, that will have day/night schedules, fully interact with the hero and environment, like run from fear, come to cheer for the hero, come to admire your trophies from your deeds etc etc
- a hollywood like story, vastly better fleshed out than before
- cinematic combat finishing moves and anaddictive rythm system to gain extra experience
- a open, free roaming world, that all fences can now be jumpd over, unlike Fable 1 !!!
- unique quests, riddles in form of demon doors
- the usual amazing armor sets, cool weapons etc all upgradable
- get in fights like in the arena, or amateur organised street fights
So, could you fill me in, about which game you are talking about ?
umm fable 2 looks great but this tread is about GOTY 08 banjo 3....hopefully there will be some details relesed this year at e3
