Biggest "time-eater" game

During the LBP beta it felt like that game could eat time alot sometimes, I would usually spend about 20 minutes on it playing a few user levels then play BFBC or something. But on some occasions I would spend hours on end playing user levels.

Not really sure if that will be the case with the full game, it's going to be my 'play when you don't feel like or have anything else to play' game.

These two used to consume my life back then :lol:

I'd steal my brothers laptop to build cities for hours and hours

This one was also played for hours

Pharoah was incredible.

CIV has eaten the most hours of my life though.

Forever the game i would say is probably any total war game, but after my ol' desk top broke i don't know.

Hopefully next week LBP will take that title

I've just been playing Saints Row 2 for 5 hours straight...I feel like I've lost a day. Not that that's a bad thing.

I'd have to say FFXI. There were times were I'd play the game from the minute I woke up to just before I went to bed. Great game, though.

It's locked up on me twice. Shame, because it's a great game otherwise.

No, it's the game sadly. Most reviews have mentioned it locking up.

WoW good choices, add warcraft 3, WoW,starcraft, diablo and Counter strike and that is me :S

RTS games are the best for this, well if they don't have timers you wouldn't know.

Rise of Nations I guess.

That's a shame. I'm playing the PS3 version, and no problems here so far, but like Ninja-Hippo said, it's probably the game.

I'm actually surprised at how good the game is. I'm a fan of the original, but it feels like I've had more fun in those 5 hours with this one than I had with the entire first game. I can't put the game down!

It's the first time a game's done that to me since MGS4.

Most RTS games when playing against someone online or jrpg games.

I would tell myself I would only play for a short time, but I end playing over an hour when I play these games.

Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne(For some reason I am really stubborn about losing in this game when it comes to ladder rank games)

Um....not CIV 4, that's for sure.

With that game, I play an 8 hour marathon and then I'm done for the year. Addictive? Hell yeah, until you beat a game. It's like Risk. I don't exactly crave it all the time.

So I've gotta say WoW or Everquest for sheer vaccuumage.

World of warcraft, you plan on questing for one hour, u end up doing 2 instances for like 4-6 hrs

Zelda/Final Fantasy especially

Multiple characters or only one? I did about everything in about 100 hours with my main so I guess this goes up there too.

Me too, more or less. Way too addicting, although can be kinda broken in some spots.
