Probably the biggest in that game, I always wonder why they didn't take that down the psychopath route, which would have then made sense as an addition.

i just had one now, and no it wasnt a good wtf moment.

DMC4 playing as dante on hard mode. i take a blitz down to his bare minimum health when i have 90% of my health left. just as hes about to die he grabs me and self destructs taking me with him. WTF! they kinda messed up on the level design of this game. they centered most of the enemies around nero and chucked in dante with a crap load of moves and did the whole backtracking.

Finally, the virus of the GW/JFK A.I. calling Raiden. So creepy, so strange. My mind was blown when I finally figured out what was going on.

Easily the mannequin sequence in CONDEMNED. Never seen anything like that in a game. Kind of reminiscent of stuff in Eternal Darkness but much better execution.JiveT

Speaking of Mannequins, the watery basement with the mannequins in Fort Frolic of Bioshock. That was a really "WTF" moment.. Shifting you view around behind things cause them to appear out of nowhere.
