Bioshock Fanboys and Hater's alike, are you getting BIOSHOCK COLLECTION releasing this week?

Never Understood the hate BIOSHOCK Trilogy gets in SW. I personally enjoy it more than other Hybrid FPS games as Deus EX or Stalker series. Anywho, i already got Bioshock ( Xbox 360 ), Bioshock 2 (PS 3 ) and Bioshock Infinite (PC), but without any DLC's. Thinking, might get the collection later on cheap during christmas steam sale if not on release date.

It came out on PS3. Why do we need another? Most people consider Killzone a very mediocre series. There would be very little interest in a collection for them to make. But I did however, enjoy Shadow Fall for what it's worth.

The Bioshock series is such a great trilogy but full price for a better graphical experience?

I own Bioshock 1 and 2. So no. I love the series, but infinite was so bad compared to the first one.

A critically acclaimed game with a awesome ending + awesome DLC was bad? Explain yourself please :)

@indzman: It was way overhyped and just not nearly as fun as the first one. Not technically a bad game, but not enjoyable to me and bad compared to the first one.

@indzman: I played up until the fight with the dead wife who was a banshee. I was on hard mode and couldnt get past that part, and i couldnt continue to motivate myself to try. So i stopped. I had been playing it in between games for a while just to see if the hype was worth it, and it never quite pulled me in.

Bioshock is just superior. 2 probably is too, I just havent gotten around to playing it yet.

No. But i figured id go ahead and knock the achievements for it out of the way. Plenty of moments in that game i just flat out hated. So the collection isnt worth it for me at 60 bucks. I fucking love Skyrim and im waiting till that special edition drops to at least 35 bucks.

Love the Bioshock series, but I already have them on the 360, PS3 and PC (minus Infinite on the PC). I'll wait for a price drop before jumping into the remastered collection. I'll get it down the road because it will be good to have all 3 games in one box on 3 discs, but I'm not going to pay $60 for the privilege.

I love the series but buying something i've already played and finished is a waste of time and money. Plus im the last person to support cash grab such as the HD ports.

Why would I ? All previous Bioshock games support high resolution. I don't know about 4k, but I am currently playing Bioshock 1 in 2k resolution, and the graphics in general aged well. I see no reason in buying a remaster if Bioshock is still considered a modern game.

texture quality in Bioshock 1 and 2 was pretty bad, high resolution can't change that. Rapture looks a lot nicer when you return in Infinite than it did in the original games.

i'd consider replaying Bioshock 1 with improved visuals if they also improve the gunplay... not sure how far they went with these remasters.

I have both on steam so I think I´ll get the remastered versions for free. Don´t know if I´m gonna play them anytime soon though.

No plans to purchase. I've played through the original twice and still have Infinite on PS+. I think I still have 2, but I have no intentions to go back and replay it whether I do or don't still own a copy.
