What!!! For its time Bioshock was awesome. The atmosphere wowed a lot of people when it first came out. I thought it was amazing. Bioshock 2 was more of the same but executed worst, so Bioshock 2 was kind of crap. Part 1 I must say had one of the best FPS campaigns this gen IMO. That's just my opinion though.

Uh, yeah, just as it's skipping next gen consoles. The game has been in very slow development for years. They weren't going to delay production again just to port it to an entirely new platform.
A lot of these games were looooooooooooooooooong in development before Wii-U and probably before ninty got dev kits out.
That being said. IF nintendo doesn't get it's sh*t together by next december then I will rightfully say they're screwed and doomed to repeat the wii.

I understand the wii was wildly successful. But this is a different situation. But the question was it with the core game that wants to play a lot of games and have multi-lats offered.

Wii was one of the most successful consoles ever. Wii U is going to repeat what Dreamcast did. I know. What I mean by the Repeat the wii is lose all third party support.

If anything this is looking like it's gonna be the gamecube; being held up by nintendo games and third parties doing anything they can to avoid it .
Ya now I realize what i've said. What I meant to say was and hope people take it from here is repeat the wii with it's third party support. But you're right. More so like the gamecube. I do note the wii was wildly successful, popular and made ninty some serious bank.

Meh, I played it when it came out and I wasn't impressed. I got bored more than halfway through. I still haven't beaten it.
Oh and I'm fairly sure that for your time here especially for what you have been doing on these boards, you would have picked a lot of this stuff up. Even if you are not an enthusiast, agendas tend to focus on certain things still.

1. They didn't get development kits until mid-last year probably, finalized ones weren't ready until months before release 2. Its a new platform that isn't proven yet. Did you bash on the 360/PS3 for not getting all the PS2/Xbox ports in 2005/2006/2007?

Among others. To be fair Metal Gear Solid for Wii U was leaked via Miiverse back in November, so something MGS is coming to Wii U. I really doubt Madden doesn't come to Wii U, Watch Dogs is up in the air but with Ubisoft having a lot of success with the Wii U launch I'd say its more likely than not, Battlefield 4 I don't see any reason why not. COD Black Ops 2 is doing pretty well sales wise for a young system even if the online population isn't big so EA will want in on that pie. GTA V I can't explain. It would be such a tiny dent in the game's budget (probably $5 million to port MAX) yet Take Two has no interest in a Wii U port even though it would sell 1 million copies at the very worst, thus recouping its porting costs by a wide margin. Lords of Shadow 2 I think was confirmed to not have enough time before the release of the game to make a Wii U version worthwhile. Its not like all of these games are skipping Wii U intentionally, a lot of them just are too far in development already to add another version and a late port isn't ideal.

If you still like Nintendo games. Most people grow out of them. If you still like trying to make people feel bad about their personal tastes in a particular hobby on the web. Most people grew out of that.
