rumors were still being made about it being ported after the ps3's release after E3 this year...and honestly..why would he admit the game was going to be on the 360 before it hitting the ps3? sony are hoping on MGS4 to sell more ps3's

If Kojima said "MGS4 is NEVER coming to x360, never ever ever" everyone would believe him. Problem is he refuse to do so, that's what makes it suspicious.

This kind of developer worship is getting annoying. Kojima has shareholders to satisfy, just like everyone else. Unless Sony has given Konami a huge moneyhat there's no reason to release the game only on PS3.

Who cares if he never said its NEVER NEVER NEVER ever coming to the 360, what dev does? Hes gone on stage, on Sonys Conference, live on tv, and said its PS3 exclusive, he said it again on TGS, hes said it many many times, many times. Heck, even Peter Moore form Microsoft (at the time) in an interview that MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive, when asked if it was going to the 360.

It's not worship. It's called reading. Actually the Konami's PR marketing team beg Kojima for MGS4 to go multiplat andhe said no. Some developers have more power then you think. Just read my friend, you'll become less annoyed.

I don't know why you are comparing the MGS4 sitution to the Bioshock situation, I was only commenting on the MGS4 situation as 2K has already confirmed that they have an exclusivity deal in place with Microsoft, irrespective of what a mod on a forums says. So just drop that, I'm not interested in debating this Cow pipe dream of Bioshock coming to PS3, I'm not even against it.

Now to the point: Konami/Kojima has never said that MGS4 is 100% PS3 exclusive, they always say things like you can only play MGS4 on PS3 "this year" (before it was delayed) and that they don't have any plans for a x360 release "at this time" and similar weaksauce statements. If you fail to see the that it's your problem.

Dam thats actually kind of sad.

Despite the fact that the game was a horribly unreliable piece of software with crappy animations, it had a kick ass story and will be an icon to all who played it for years to come as an example of what a good story-driven fps is.

Its regretable that PS3 owners will not experience this on their console. Its a game that should transcend the console wars...

Bioshock is so great, it's weird why it's a XBOX Exsclusive, 2K should get there act together, Multi-platform games SELL more!! :roll:PS360Fanboy

Bioshock is multiplatform. I have it on PC, why would I want it on PS3?
