Nothing is official. Cows should not claim it is, because it could come to bite them in the butt.

It remains for Xbox 360 and PC until 2K or Irrational says otherwise.

Pretty much any game that isn't published by the console's company will be made multiplatform until the cost of next gen game development goes down... with the few exceptions of those franchises which are already obvious system sellers.
