Looks intriguing. I wonder how they handle hacks (they show a turret in the trailer). Obviously you can't pause the gameplay like you do in singleplayer. But hacks take quite a while in the game, so if you're standing helpless while executing them it may not be worth it.
I think it'll be a fun expansion to the game and will enhance the replay value, but I also think most people are getting Bioshock 2 for the story/singleplayer component. This isn't going to supplant GeoW, Halo, or CoD, but itseems fun.
The hacks looks quick...from what I am seeing though...
It wont be a multiplayer powerhouse, but I am sure the ones that do enjoy it will get their fill.
Thanks for the link.
Seems kinda weird though, with all the plasmids going on around the field I hope there aren't too many moments where you lose your control of shooting and movement due to being suspended in the air or being a flying projectile, or a combination of each which causes more health lost without any way to resist.
And then adding a big daddy into the mix is always an issue for everyone else. But negatives aside, I guess it'll be very chaotic.
I doubt I will play this online Bioshock should never of had multiplayer IMO.

it's part of the story.

So.
I remember reading an interview with the people behind Bioshock and how they said they kept getting pressure to add multiplayer. They said the problem was adding multiplayer it would take away time from making a better single player game. HarlockJCIf this is true...this generation is sad.
