I'm Pretty sure it's just the 360 version (as of now). I know that TRU doesn't sell PC games (atleast around me). Tomorrow it might be full on go for every store so the PC version might be available as well tomorrow

I'm just curious why they would release it today. I mean, you would think they would wait until after Madden comes out.ganon546
People could get it with their copy of Madden, it's really that simple. The game stores are going to have a ton of traffic why not have the game available? Waiting till next week might actually hurt it;s sales. Someone walks in to EB and buys a 360 with Madden might pick up another game and that game could be BioShock which should have plenty of hype of it's own. They wait till next week and the buyer would have picked up something else and not bothered with BioShock, heck, he might not even by another game till next year... well he might pick up Halo 3.
I can cconfirm this, i have a copy, ill be picking it up tomorow from my friend who bought it for meR-Dot-Yung

Yeah, there is a picture of a guy with Madden and the Special edition plus his receipt but I can't find it right now for some reason.....it's out there on teh internetz though.

I've been investigating, and apparently Toys R Us ****ed up. It seems they broke the street date illegally, whether or not on purpose or accidentally, I don't know. If that's true, either the game will be off the shelves again tomorrow, or the game DEVs will just say "screw it" and it will be on shelves everywhere. Toys R Us will receive a hefty fine, by the way.
This is just what I heard, it could be wrong, maybe Toys R Us has a legit contract, but I would think they would advertise it if they did.

They were probably afraid of killing poor little Metroid. :( For some reason I got really hyped all of the sudden, is this worth a 360, or since it's not online, a Core? My PC would implode from this game.

its worth it the game is special to say the least Im dying to play more and learn more. Its very intoxicating, the repture that is.

Nah, that's not the special edition, that's just the regular edition that comes with a cardboard slip cover. The limited comes in a box with the Big Daddy figurine.

Get a core, then a 20 g hd for 49.99
Sounds good, there was a price drop right? It's like 270 now? I should be getting a hefty check soon, BioShock and Metroid, here I come :P ...In a few weeks :( EDIT: ya I think I'll get the 350 one and BioShock for 400 total. =)

yeah, you're right......I just saw the limited edition comes with like a brown box...my bad.
I doubt that us Australians will be getting it until next Friday...so I think that I had better avoid these forums until the game comes out - I don't want any more of it spoiled.
