While Bioshock was an amazing game despite the somewhat disappointing ending it was still an amazing game. But from what ive seen so far, I really think Mass Effect will be GOTY. It has great graphics, looks to have good storyline, gameplay looks very deep and involved and will last much much longer and plus its bioware.. need I say more?

You do realize that almost every FPS ever made is dumber/easier than SS2?
That's hardly an insult to Bioshock, which was better than SS2 on almost all fronts, especially the combat.
SS2 is smarter/harder than pretty much any other FPS in existence. If Bioshock doesn't deserve GOTY because it is easier than SS2, then no FPS ever deserves it.
Why don't you stop copying other people's talking points and actually play SS2 and Bioshock?
we didn't see Bioshock's flaws until right before it came out. in short, don't judge what will be a better chance at "x" until they've been reviewed, and their flaws revealed.
