i'm referring to the numerous MMOs sony has destroyed, if you want me to make you a list complete with links to articles and forums I will.

the only thing SOE ever did good in terms of MMOs --- was everquest 1 and 2, and that was mostly due to the developers making it clear that Sony was to publish, and not dictate / manipulate the game.

Star Wars MMO's set in the KOTOR universe are just going to suck bad...assuming they give everyone the option to become a jedi right off the bat. That, in my opinion, is just what absolutely ruined Galaxies which was by far the best MMO I've played, and I played WoW for 2 years to boot haha.

My Gaurdian took me a year and a half to perfect. I hope this one takes a similar route.

imagine KOTOR with way better graphics a big world with more game depth. even more customizable characters, with the same great story line but an action RPG like mass effect with also a huge online multiplayer with it.

jjeezz it is like $50-$60 a year and you can get it at home from your own 360 dashboard. it is less than a price of a single game and it will make games like Gears of War and Halo 3 all your sport games, racing and fighting games way more fun playing against everybody in the world. Play with your friends or just message them, download the newest trailers get added on content to some of your games through XBOX live. so much you can do. you wouldnt really know what you were missing until after you had it.

everybody gets a free month or 2 free months i forgot with your xbox if you havent gotten your free gold membership then give it a try and i will bet you that you will be hooked.

Knights of the Old Republic was one of the better RPG's out there, regardless if you are a fan of starwars or not.. I am certainlly not a fan of the series, and I still found the game incredible.

Agreed. I wonder if they are even going bother making a class that is not a Jedi. If they give it a open %99 of the players are going be Jedi and if they make anti-Jedi classes that destroy easier the game won't be very popular because Jedis are basically what makes Star Wars so popular.

Regardless its not the fee that bothers the people.. Its the fact that it won't be a KOTOR game.... It will be another MMO set in the Starwars universe.. Thats a pretty large difference..

I had it for the xbox and I've tried Gears of War at a friends house online. Online gaming is not worth paying for when there's PSN and the PC. To keep on topic there needs to be more MMORPG's like Guild Wars, no fee's.

I'll be going with XBL Silver anyway, a great free service.
