Black Ops looks like the best COD game ever

from everything i have seen, black ops looks like its going to be the best cod game ever. the multiplayer looks like it wont be a camper fest with some of the matches like the single bullet match, and the gun cycle match, everything looks pretty awesome, what do ya'll think?

To be fair we have no idea how those cameras are obtained yet, also they are like rearview mirrors, you won't be looking at them all the time, only quick glances, it won't be hard to sneak past one or just destroy it

I have a funny feeling this is going to be slammed like what happen to MOH. It's not going to be the best COD game ever unless they fix their community issues and the lower the prices for those DLC packs.

It's true. Every year people say "This OMG best COD evaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!" And then it always ends up being a disappointment. Unfortunately I'm also one of those people. :P

No more stacking killstreaks, the nuke is gone, no tactical insertions in FFA, and the fact that you can send replays to Treyarch to report boosters give it the potential to be a better product than some of the previous games. It may not be the best game ever but it could get rid of some of the cheese that plagued MW2. Too bad it won't stop 14-year olds from thinking they're realSpecial Ops material just because of their K/D ratio in the game.

I have high hopes for it

after MW2 I didn't want to like CoD, but not only does campaign look interesting, but if what Treyarch is trying to do actually works, MP should be quite balanced.

The ratings of games that mainly MP focused at the time of release means nothing, it's not until the game has been played a while that the problems with it become apparent.

This goes in reverse as well. Socom Confrontation was rated extremely poorly due to not working well at all. It was patched, but those scores still stand.

COD games are terribly laggy, glitchy, and full of exploits. In the case of every COD game released this gen, these problems were not an issue until a few weeks after all the reviews were in.

Whats even stranger is the fact that CoD fanboys usally argue that CoD is superior to games likeHalo andTeam Fortressby saying that Call of Duty "IZ SUPAR RE3LZ" when its one of the most arcadey shooters imaginable.

no, you use only a handgun and you all start with only 1 bullet in it, if you get a kill you get your enemies bullet to use again, if you miss you can only use melee to get a kill, looks pretty sweet

Im looking forward to the contracts in the game, I think it will help keep things fresh. I know the other games had challenges, but I was never really interested in them, this seems more fun to me.

"The mercenary Contract "SPAS Cruelty", for example, is bought for 50 COD Points and requires you to get 25 kills with the SPAS in 40-minutes of time alive in-game. The reward for completing this particular Contract is 250 COD Points. A neat new feature.

That's one of my favorite features of Reach and brings me back to the game.

I'm happy they "copied" Reach.

The contracts system = Reach's Commendations. Both great systems that should be in most if not all FPS games from now on to keep things fresh online.

Its the hype, we all thought MW2 would be the greatest but we all know how that turned out.I bet in one months time that people will be complaining about something.
