Why would it highlight Warcraft 1 and 2? It seems to suggest a Warcraft 4...

But who cares? I'd much rather have a new Lost Vikings game!

If you look at the bottom you will notice the countdown is going to highlight EVERY game they made so far it only has Warcraft up there now cause thats their first games.

Well, I know that I can't wait for the announcement.  It sure is something really big.

They have the games grouped together in twos  so World of Warcraft will need to be grouped with something and it seems likely it will be with "Universe of Starcraft"

If its Starcraft 2 and not another MMORPG I will cry tears of pure joy since Starcraft is my favorite RTS ever. I just hope it not something bad like another Diablo after the horrible Diablo2 I can't play another one.

EA proved with C&C3 that RTS can work on console, there is no reason for Blizzard not to put it on a console, more sales simple as that. And Blizzard, announce Diablo 3 for PC and consoels as well please.

Starcraft 2 alone on the PC will sell more than any console game, maybe even Halo 3. Don't kid yourself, C&C 3 on the PC alone has sold over a million copies already.

Yeah, Blizzard is THE PC developer. I doubt they'll convert to consoles as quickly considering that their last game is the biggest in the entire world...

I don't think it will be an MMO.  I think the wisest decision for Blizzard to make is to make Starcraft 2.  An RTS wouldn't affect their MMO userbase that much.  Diablo 3 would be incompetition for WoW so it wouldn't be that.

Also, they are debuting it in S Korea, the city that was literally saved by Starcraft.

I know that it's going to be Starcraft 2 but it makes you wonder about the forgotten Blizzard franchises...

I would too. Another issue is that they're just going to announce that they're working on it... meaning that we'll still have to wait 'until it's done' before we can actually play it. :( (although there will always be the beta too!)

Oh well just gives you time to upgrade your computers in time for it to release :D  It and crysis are true killer apps for the PC.
