they probably dont sell them cause people who dont own a kinect and Ps move will rent it out, and the people who work at blockbuster as smart as they are will not tell them they need a kinect
....blockbuster still exists?dolph1073
All their international stores still exist, but I think blockbuster doesn't exist as much in the US anymore.
Here's an article that states how they got into bankruptcy.

Im gald tho, I dont want to see that Kinect BS anywaysJ-WOWHow come you didn't mention Move? The thread title and topic is discussing both
....blockbuster still exists?dolph1073Just because a company files for bankruptcy, does not mean it will go out of business. Look at General Motors and K-Mart, businesses that filed for bankruptcy and both were able to get out of it and become profitable again.
theres some in boise id , and up in sunvalley near where i live though,
so there not all closed, just most of them , probably he ones not making any money ,
That's one edge the Wii still has over the competition.Michael324blockbuster sucks and i thought that they were going out of business. (they are where i live) the only games you can find in there now are lame bargin bin games. probably that is why you see so many wii games there. now before i get flamed for saying that, i say it because the wii has the most shovelware out of any system by far and it makes up the majority of its games. there is still 360, ps3, and even ps2 games sold at the store and you'll be lucky to find any that are good.
The boxes say "Requires Kinect Sensor" or "Playstation Move Required."they probably dont sell them cause people who dont own a kinect and Ps move will rent it out, and the people who work at blockbuster as smart as they are will not tell them they need a kinect

Hmm the blockbuster down the street from me has both Move and Kinect games. I guess not all BBs are the same.
So a movie rental service that is closing loads of stores and continually loosing buisness to Netflix and Gamefly, is not purchasing new games for rental as the store will like close within the next year or so? I fail to see how this is at all relavent.
