Im so sure itll be a hit , its going to be like kingdom hearts for the 360, with amazing sells in europe and america, im hyping this AA.

The game looks promising,but it's too basic for my tastes. I predict it will score low AA here.

The game has received superb reviews in Japan, and the opinions I've seen from those who imported the game are all positive. It's gonna be a great RPG for sure.

I'm not lookign forwad to it, i heard alot about how sakaguchi skills went down hill.

He should of not retired from square; he should of retire from gaming history.

Even though I am unimpressed with the visual style, I think I will buy and enjoy the game nonetheless. It sounds like each character is very customizable and has an impressive development team. I am a little hyped. AA.

Umm, people have been saying Sakaguchi went downhill since Final Fantasy VIII. Anyway, just like everyone is saying Final Fantasy has went downhill since VII...it's all BS. In fact, if you browse the Blue Dragon forums, there is a posted Japanese article about how Blue Dragon is a [positive] highlight in his career. And why should he retire? His games are still awesome.

It's far more like Dragon Quest than Kingdom Hearts thankfully :P

Believe it or not, this is one of the games I bought my 360 for. Can't wait.

Anyone know when the demo is supposed to be out?

I'm very excited for the game, and all of Sakaguchi's work, to be honest. The man has a point to prove and a vision unlike anyone else in the industry. Blue Dragon looks like a ton of fun, and the replayability of this game will make it a long journey.

Solid AA until I can figure out if it's more than just a really pretty RPG with Akira Toriyama design graphics on the 360. Needless to say, I am still getting it as there hasn't been a really good JRPG since FFXII for any system.

Oh yeah. That looks like the best JRPG this year. Even comparable to Mass Effect IMHO. The art style is jaw dropping.

I was very interested in this game before, but when it was said that it'll be turn-based, that turned me off a lot. I'm growing tired of turn-based, and will hopefully get to play some games with real-time in the near future, like TotA or FFXII.

No game is going to sell well in Japan if it's on the 360.

It's actually the best selling 360 game there (but that's not saying much, is it?!). Anyway, hopefully, it sells really well in the US and the other regions; however, one thing is for sure, the game is great, so if you're into RPGs and have a 360, this is a must have.

people say it didn't sell well because their are use to hearing news of games breaking 1 million copies. they never take into account how many 360's have been sold in japan.

I really am not impressed with anything i've seen of BD... tbh... LO on the other hand.. looks like it MIGHT be amazing... but it could get screwed up... at this point it could go either way... but.. ya.. I still think it looks better/ more original than BD... I dont get all the hype for it.
