Blue Dragon will not flop at Gamespot.

This game is destined for AA status here at Gamespot, and it deserves it.

I am. I can't wait!! I messed around with the demo and it was OK, but I definetly saw what this game will be about! I am going to be so broke this fall, with Halo, ME, Bioshock, HS.... well you understand.dhjohns

thje problem with the demo was instead of puttin it at the level...they put it in the middle of the story and had the character s at level 50 already...making the game look too easy.

Totally agree. Also, I think it is very hard to have a demo of a deep RPG like this. I came away feeling the game would be nice though.

Thanks for the obvious statement; however, there is nothing wrong with predicting or guessing as long as you don't go overboard. I think the TC has done this. :)

It might not flop (if the "offical" hype thread is AA) but it's still not a title that will move any X360's.

After playing the demo no way is this a AA game it's a $60 weed plate in a game case = FLOP !!

If gs gives this a AA rating then I will lose the little bit of trust I have left in their reviews.

I got the Japanese version of Blue Dragon 2 days ago.

I tried playing it, but i never get past the 1st fight(againts a sand snake thing), mainly cuz i dont understand Japanese

I didnt like Oblivion i dont bash it, or call it crap, or omg i lost trust in Gamespot reviews.

Its not a **** game, i just didnt like it.

Blue Dragon looks good, but to me its just the RPG microsoft asked Mistwalker to make. Its just something to try to get the Dragon Quest crowd to convert. It will probably not sell that great over here, it was meant for the japaneese.kevy619

I read EGM's review and I'm not looking forward to it as much as I was. I believe it got a 6.5 7.5 6.5, people stating that while the gameplay was great, the story just wasn't... and since it's an RPG, the story kinda matters :).ParkCarsHere

The 360 gets the pcs best rpg titles, oblivion and fallout 3 and the current exclusive mass effect so it doesnt matter if the 360 isnt a pc it gets like all it awesome games, i think namco is better than atlus and squre was better as squaresoft.
