Blu-ray player

YAY..Im getting a blu-ray player for my PC.

so that means games on my pc will look as good as my PS3 :D

I can't see a reason for me ever buying a Blu-Ray drive for my PC. I just use my PS3 or my Blu-Ray player in the main room.

Pointless unless you have it hooked up to a home theatre system, with high quailty speakers

To balance out the price, Icouldn't be bothered to buy a blu-ray player when I'm going to be using a 12" monitor with two small PC speakers.

I built a home theater PC for the living room and it's got a blu-ray reader ($50).

One box that does everything a DVR, Roku, Apple TV, AND console does, except better.

Better DVR: I can watch all my cable HD channels, no monthly fee, recording only limited by storage space. Also holds my entire blu-ray andDVD library. Can play blu-rays.

Better internet stremaing device: Can access ANY internet service including youtube, Netflix, amazon on demand, HULU, etc.

Better console: Plays games on my 60" HD TV @ a FULL 1080p 60 FPS! And I can play from my couch with a controller.

PC gaming - full of win.
