They game does look great and smooth, but i do like how the explosions look and the cartoony graphics. Soory but thats just my opinion.

The presentation vids have made this wait even more painful. That games looks so amazing. I mean, sure, you can drive through some rocks, but I don't pay attention to a few flaws if something looks this good.

it's on my list of games to watch but i'm kinda broke this year so I may miss out on this one especially since so many great games are coming out early next year. For the rest of this year, Uncharted 2 and MW2 look like musts, I already preordered NGS2 and am leaning heavily towards picking up Demon's Souls.

I have been kind of on and off with this one lately, but this newest footage does look a lot better than some of the other recent footage which put me off a bit. I am still on board with this one, but it probably will not be a day one for me.

Takeaway: Borderlands' sense of humor alone is worth getting excited about, as it hearkens back to the highly mordant gallows humor of Black Isle Studios' Fallout series. Beyond that, though, the game's art looks highly original, the gameplay appears engaging, and with more than 16 million different weapons in the game, there's plenty of stuff to shoot.

Looks like a multiplayer orientated experience, hence not for me.

It's actually single player first. Everything just adds in when you make it multiplayer. The co-op, the multiplayer matches. It all takes place in the same world. And as posted above, the story and characters are interesting.

Dont judge by this... they could be a high level compared to the Boss(Skagzilla) so that they wouldnt get wiped during the presentation.. and there will be a NG + to make game harder

And to you who said it was clunky, dont say that until you have played...i have talked with people who have played, its not clunky
