We don't know if the Vita will completely flop yet.

PS3 is 5 years old, not 3. PS3 was released in 2006, we are now in 2012. If a PS4 released at the end of 2012 or 2013, the PS3 would be 6 to 7 years old.

Also, did the ps2 stop selling the moment the ps3 was released? Answer, nope, still sold like hotcakes and still supported by sony.

Saw this on Nintendo Life's Facebook saying that The WiiU is going face to face with the PS4 and NeXbox.

I think the new Xbox should be called the 540 instead of 720, so when people turn around to walk away from it, they don't have to moonwalk.

Anyways, looking forward to them. I'm still incredibly skeptical of MS with their Kinect and casual direction that shuns the core gamer and new IP's (which would turn away my interest, especially with those Windows 8 rumors), while I think Sony's 10 year plan would make me hesitant to get a PS4 immediately if the PS3 maintained support as long and I could just wait for a price drop and healthier list of games.

The PS4 will be overpriced and the 720 will be completely focused on Kinect.
