I thought the hand-to-hand combat was surprisingly fun and it looked pretty good graphically, too.
But ending the demo with that terrible, terrible driving section through the city wasn't the best move (and gives you a whole new appreciation for GTAIV). And the gunplay is just awful. But it seems like it'd be worth a rental for the melee combat.
I liked it, i thought the driving was too linear though it needs to be more open ended and it needs to have more consequences where if you hit too many things or other cars your car will die or something like that. other then that it was a great lil active sequence game like the old dragons lair arcade games.
u right about them load times.... the game looks like older sierra games on the PC and the load times are atrocious and thats coming straight from the hdd. i could imagine the actual disc
It was actually pretty entertaining. I liked how cinematic it was and the sound effects were awesome. The fighting looks really brutal which is cool. Overall, it reminded me of Stranglehold, with its emphasis on stylistic action. In the end though, it didn't impress me enough to buy it. Seems like a great rental, however.

I played all the way through it again and I decided it's actually pretty good. At first I was a little underwhelmed because I'm a big fan of the books and movies.
