Brawl....high chance of getting AAA?

After the various leaks all over the place....I'd say it's a high possibility.

I wouldn't be surprised if Brawl didn't make AAA.

seems like more of the same, and the reviewers wont play it for long enough.

No, and I will tell you why: It's really another sequel/enhanced game and will most likely get pegged for that very reason : for not being innovative enough from the last one and just having enhancements, like wi-fi support.

I do think, however, it will be an outstanding game and the best in the series.

So I think AA (but I hope I am wrong).

It will get an 8.5, and GameSpot will say something like this:

"Even with the addition of online and many other fun, impressive modes, Brawl still hasn't changed much from Melee, but it's still fun all the same."

I will still get it and enjoy the heck out of it, though.

that depends if there as childish as the posters on the smash boards... like seriously...not as bad today as it was yesterday... but my god, all they did was whine constanly. Literally every minute,hell every 10 seconds there was a new thread complaining about who wasn't in the game or was in but shouldn't... a lot of them even went on about boycotting the game since it's no trash since X character wasn't n the game...or because X character WAS in the game... it's worse than system wars, makes this place look mature -_-

I think it stands a reasonably good chance.

A few possible knocks:

-limited control over online play

-customizing a level doesn't go far enough

-not a big enough improvement over Melee

Now, I'm not saying that those are 100% warranted, just throwing out the possibilities. I do think it's a lock for AA at the very least.

Single Player = Top notch

Controls- have gotten good reviews

Needed to play with other people- has online, now you can always play wiht someone.

I'd say yes, not only does it look really good, that Japanese Gaming Magazine gave it a perfect score 40/40 (4 editors gave it a perfect score) This was the 7th game to get a perfect score from that magazine.bobcheeseball

Brawl looks simply amazing. It has so much.... I would be suprised if it didn't get AAA.

If it doesn't use motion sensing, I doubt it will get AAA (I'm talking about Wii games in general). nintendofreak_2

I don't think that should be an issue. A game like SSBB is lightning fast and motion controls would just hinder the experience. Plus, there are a lot of control options...that makes up for it.
