Holy Shlt DW8, I'm sure the 10 people on SW that still play the franchise will be stoked. (Ironically i bought the DW game that they brought out on the Vita, got bored of it pretty quickly though).

Whether you want to call the games quality is up to debate but generally there's a reason why they still make these games. Personally I love them and I don't find them to be repetitive at all. Beating up 100 of dudes never gets old for me. Of course there's better musou games out there (like Sengoku basara) but I still generally like DW. [/spoiler]

Dynasty Warriors is unarguably the most bipolar franchise in gaming. I doubt it will ever get any recognition beyond its fans.

His new design is my favorite one. A mix of DW3/4/5 with his new look from 7. Also can't say no to that beat stick, ever tried his EX attack? If not, do it nao.
