I think Jaffe has become a bit lazy not taking the route of high-tech gaming, and keep routing himself to PSN and PS2 games. Jaffe vacation is over. I know you can do better.
Why did Twisted Metal 2 never get made? I mean twisted metal black was so great and resurrected a series that had suffered a stream of crappy sequals. The only good games were 1 and 2. Just when you think the series is dead, Black comes out, everyone loves it, and then it takes 7 years to port a PSP game?
That is bloody lame. Why no knews of a PS3 version? That is what people really want.

Cool. Then this will be agood thing for those of us without PSP's. Not to mention Syphon Filter Dark Mirror is coming out on PS2 this fall as well. ^_^

Exactly. Jaffe himself has even stated that he sees the PS3 coming out on top. Jaffe is awesome. There will be plenty of his games on the PS3. its just right now, he is going for lower production costs, and smaller games. besides, this is only one of a few games that ESP (his new company) is releasing in '08. Though I was a little disheartened by the fact that its a PS2 game, I am confident that he will be making more PS3 games in the near future. give it time :D

You do know Jaffe isnt part of SCE Santa Monica anymore right? He made a new studio that has exclusive partnerships with Sony. I dont think Jaffe had that much to do with GoW2 either. Barlog is the new Jaffe
