Why do you such bitter and mad? please do not cry because source engine 40fps 720p on xbone. My god cows are stupid.
It cant run on Ps4 due to their crappy cloud service.

They say more complex pfysics than we have ever seen before.
I find that hard to beleive when some people on PC are running dedicated mid to high end cards just for nVidia's Physx, or with AMD now starting to run with TressFX.
The way this game is being hyped I can imagine a complete Lemming forum meltdown if it flops. It is being hyped by Lems and then the devs come out with malarky like this which in turn feeds the Lems again.
IDK, guess we will have to wait and see.
[QUOTE="navyguy21"]So yea, Xbox One might have the advantage of better multiplayer, better NPC ai scripting, or larger worlds, but that would still be limited by the need to be always online.Mr-KutaragiNo, xbox have no such advantage. Proof is, planetside 2 vs Titanfall. Which world is bigger with more player? No one said it was universal, and you arent a game dev. You dont know what goes into making either game. The Cell didnt help every game, but there were some games where it was clearly an advantage. The 360 will have some advantages over PS4 network services. PS4 will have hardware advantages. Denying this is silly dude. I know you have a preference, but dont be naive.
Doubt the game that impressed the press enough to give it the most e3 awards ever will ever flopThey say more complex pfysics than we have ever seen before.

On one hand, Titanfall seems to have a paltry 7 vs 7 multiplayer component. On the other hand, and relevant to server-side computation, there are computer driven NPCs in much the same fashion as enemies in an MMO. In Planetside, every opponent is player controlled. THAT all being said.. Destiny sure doesn't seem to be struggling on PS4 and is boasting a lot of this "cloud" type of stuff in its own right, truth be told. This is my point. Ps4 is not prevented of such large persistent world, online AI, and many player. Game of this type are already announce on ps4, game of this type already exist on ps3. This is standard mmo feature, but xbox hype as exclusive. 2k player online in planetside is more impress, in my eye.

is it allowed to be banned for pressing the New thread button too many times and keep making threads about TitanFall?
I hope so, this is getting out of hand.

How is this thread any different than the one before about how the developers said Titanfall cant run on ps4?
this one: http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/29416829/quottitanfall-developers-say-ps4-doesnt-have-enough-power-to-handle-itquot
why make a new thread? why just post this in that thread?
Todays article lays out the detail much more in depth.
anyway, devastating news for Sony imo
Titanfall is going to be a force to be reckoned with.

This article lays out the detail much more in depth. 1. Both threads are citing the same original article. Yours is a blatant repost. 2. The article repost you cite contains no substantive insights beyond dedicated server support. Try reading it.

Azure present no advantage that competitor, even wii u, cannot also use. Denying is silly, please do not cry. We know you are preference of cable box for gaming.
Never on ps4? Cuz your so knowledgable on sony upcoming cloud service gaikuBasically the game is built from the ground up using Azure, The Cloud, for AI, physics, the Map, environments and the like.. which is owned by MS. So in other words, you will never see this game on Ps4... and the game will offer more complex AI, physics, worlds, and matchmaking than anything we've ever seen before because it's all being handled by azure.
This is why the press was so blown away at E3. It will truly help gaming to the next level.

"The Xbox group came back to us with a way for us to run all of these Titanfall dedicated servers and that lets us push games with more server CPU and higher bandwidth, which lets us have a bigger world, more physics, lots of AI, and potentially a lot more than that!" he said.
Microsoft has its own cloud computing platform and infrastructure called Windows Azure, launched in February 2010 and created for building, deploying and managing applications and services through a global network of Microsoft-owned data centers. It provides both platform as a service (PaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) services, and Microsoft realized it could also power its gaming network as well.
"So they built this powerful system to let us create all sorts of tasks that they will run for us, and it can scale up and down automatically as players come and go," he said. "We can upload new programs for them to run and they handle the deployment for us. And theyll host our game servers for other platforms, too! Titanfall uses the Xbox Live Cloud to run dedicated servers for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox 360."
"But its not just for dedicated servers Microsoft thought about our problem in a bigger way. Developers arent going to just want dedicated servers theyll have all kinds of features that need a server to do some kind of work to make games better," he continued. "Look at Forza 5, which studies your driving style in order to create custom AI that behaves like you do. Thats totally different from what Titanfall uses it for, and it's really cool! So it's not accurate to say that the Xbox Live Cloud is simply a system for running dedicated servers it can do a lot more than that."
It's an interesting read, and certainly builds up anticipation for Titanfall, the potential of Xbox One, and what Xbox Live Cloud could do for PC gamers as well.

Or MGS4...
To be fair, while is quite difficult for a game to remain "exclusive" in this days, i can see Titanfall skipping the PS4 and not because the lack of power but because there seem to be some other factors as well...i'm daring to say MS and $$$ has something to do with it.
Oh well, Titanfall loos pretty cool, but not a system seller to me.
[QUOTE="Mr-Kutaragi"]Bigger world, more physic, lot of AI, yet only fraction of planetside 2 and runs source engine of 40fps 720p on xbone. Maybe needs bigger cloud.kingoflife9
ther are 720p games that look 10x better than 1080p games, its all about art and shading, not pixels.
This is dependent of hardware. In current gen, yes game can allow of better visuals in 720p 30fps compare to 1080p 60fps. MS promise xbone is 40x power with cloud. Yet, cannot runs source engine from two generation ago above 720p 40fps with AA, AF, low detail.[QUOTE="Mr-Kutaragi"]Bigger world, more physic, lot of AI, yet only fraction of planetside 2 and runs source engine of 40fps 720p on xbone. But if you hold all other factors the same and bump up to 1080p+ on the PC it looks objectively better, that much you cannot deny. Not to mention shading, lighting etc is always and will always be superior on PC anyway.I titan really confirm 7v7 online? The cloud is going to save the xbots from the 499 price or do you need extra servers for that ??

PR bullsh**..
And why the fu** do you need match making on Titanfall if the game runs on dedicated servers.?
By the way basically the whole crap means we use dedicated servers wow that is something new and revolutionary..Ooohhh ahhhh
Oh yeah i forgot that live was P2P so most of you don't know what dedicated servers are,let me break it down,is what allowed Resisance 2 to be 30 vs 30 on huge maps,is what also allow 8 players co-op on Resistance2,is what allowed mag to be 256 players.
Since day 1 the PS3 ran games on servers, when Gears or lag could not ran 4 vs 4 without host advantage issues lag and bugs,Resistance 1 was doing 20 vs 20 matches on stages 2 or 3 times bigger than gears ones, smooth as butter and lag free.
